本项目共种植4期，分别为2021年6月15日（第一期，本日期为时花种植完成的时间），2021年9月15日（第二期）,2021年12月25日（第三期），2022年3月15日（第四期）。合同有其它约定的，按照合同约定执行。



合同签订之日起至合同履行完成。



1、按《时花种源、种植及养护标准》、《东莞市石碣镇时花种植竣工验收现场考核评分暂行标准》、《东莞市石碣镇时花养护验收现场考核评分暂行标准》的要求执行。 2、石碣镇五个出入口时花更换种养项目合同期内种养项目时花种植更换次数为4次，如需要增加更换批次需要另行商定,换花时间可根据天气、花期、突发情况等实际情况由采购人进行调整，具体时间以采购人通知为准。 3、中标人在承包期内应根据实际情况对种花地的泥土进行更换及消毒处理，如经监理、采购人现场查看认为需换土及消毒，中标人应按规定执行，换土及换土消毒时间前后不超过10天。 4、种植地应整理成龟背形，坡度一般为8－10％，铺装边缘应低于花池边缘3－5厘米；花盆坡度则为30－50％，其它特殊地点可另行决定。 5、种植行应横竖对齐，高度一致，弧线则流畅平顺，单株冠幅间距不超过5厘米。 6、投标人要按换花方案制订并提交具体的时花种养计划。具体为时花更
